About Mandy

Hi there! I’m Mandy. I never thought I’d be writing a blog, but here I am! I’m a wife and a mom of 3 amazing children.

After 20+ years of in-person teaching, I took a leap of faith that led to major changes in my life. I left the in-person classroom to pursue opportunities that would allow me to work from home. This career change has given me time and freedom to start some new digital adventures and be more present with my family.

I have decided to start this blog to share my journey with other teachers who may also be looking for what’s next, and desert moms like me who are wanting ideas for a desert home and lifestyle.
